USER RIGHTS TO GENERATED CONTENT AND WARRANTES, REPRESENTATIONS AND LICENSE

By submitting your User Content for publication on the website and social platforms, you represent and warrant that you have all legal rights necessary to publish such content.

You assume all risks associated with use of your User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or usefulness by others, or any disclosure of your User Content that personally identifies you or any third party. You may not represent or imply to others that your User Content is in any way provided, sponsored or endorsed by Golden Entertainment, Inc. dba all properties below*, its successors and assigns and those acting under its permission or authority (collectively referred to herein as “Us”).

You hereby grant (and represent and warrant that you have the right to grant) to Us an irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free and fully paid, worldwide license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and perform, prepare derivative works of, incorporate into other works, and otherwise use and exploit your User Content for our own business purposes, and to grant sublicenses of the foregoing rights.

*The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower, Arizona Charlie’s Casinos, PT’s Taverns, Aquarius Casino Resort, and Edgewater Casino Resort.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY RELEASE

I do hereby irrevocably authorize Golden Entertainment, Inc. dba all properties below*, its successors and assigns and those acting under its permission or authority (collectively referred to herein as the “Releasees”), to copyright, use and publish, for art, advertising, trade, publicity, social media, promotion or any other lawful purpose whatsoever, digital, video, film or other images of myself reproduced in any medium any of the Releasees deem appropriate.

I do hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or the advertising or any copy that may be used in connection therewith or use to which it may be applied.

Use my name, likeness, and/or voice in connection with or promotion of these recordings.

I acknowledge that no royalties, compensation, or residuals will be paid to me.

I hereby release and discharge the Releasees from any liability by virtue of blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise, that may occur or be produced in the taking of the pictures or in any processing tending toward the completion of the finished product.

I have read the above authorization and release prior to its execution and am fully familiar with the contents thereof.
