Mr. Morales has spent nearly 20 years in the legal profession covering the gaming sector. Mr. Morales joined Golden Entertainment from his role as General Counsel for Rio Hotel & Casino Las Vegas. Mr. Morales served prior at MGM Resorts International and Boyd Gaming Corporation.

Education

Mr. Morales holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (“UNLV”) and a Juris Doctor from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV.
